How to create server when the console opens?

So I can name that port as ''hd2'' because it's added in that program.
but I can't find router, where I can find it???
Only windows firewall, but without router it will never work.
Do you have any ideas where the router location in computer is??

It's very bad, both of jar files are unable to connect.
There must be another way to open the router and add the ports.

I can only add a ports in windows firewall but I can't find that router, which I really need.
Is it so difficult to make a server on H&D2?
There are one site where I download PFConfig, but it's not working, there's error.

Can I close that console?

An router is hardware .. an modem with included firewall etc.. how do you think you can download that

It's like a port mapper - program, which shows all ports in internet.
But how that program can show these ports 27900+28900???
And there's another problem. When I write port numbers in windows firewall, there not allowed any symbols.
I can't understand it.

I need to add ports 27900+28900 in firewall and router, which shows that server in list.
I need to add these ports in firewall and then they shows in router right??
There are no any way to make that server, I haven't got any ideas.

The named ports are the minimum to get an server working .. if you can not add them in your firewalls (software/hardware) ... you simply can not create an public server

And maybe port name is 27900+28900?

I understand now. Maybe this is the problem why I haven't see a router in my computer.
I have a Wi Fi connection with another computer which has this router.
So I can't  make a server if I haven't got this router box?? But if I have a connection? The signal is.

You should be able to connect to the router via the wifi connection .. read the manual of the router how to do that. With an wlan  connection you can nearly forget to host any kind of an big server. More than max 6 ppl would make it to laggy
