Hey, folks. I'm a newbie here and have a question. Playing HD2, trying to rescue the pilot in the shack in the woods. I've found him but can't seem to get him to come with me. What do I need to do? I don't have any candy... Thanks for whatever clues you can provide since I love the game and would like to progress.

Go near him and he will start to talk something. After that he should appear in your HUD and you are able to give him commands via the numpad (0-1-1)
