patch 1.12

hey guys!

just stumbled over your website in need of help in respect to the 1.12 patch for H&D2 and ss.

i played this game a bunch back than when it came out and had lots of fun with it. as all the new stuff is getting boring i dug into my stash and produced the good old H&D.

after installing all of it i downed all the patches and tried to apply them with the message that it is already on the newest version.

well now the in game shows that it is on version 1.11, but the latest patch 1.12 is not willing to execute telling me i am already on the newest patch. hmmm.................

as a result i see all the delicious servers waiting for me in shaded letters (at least i guess thats what it is) and can not join!

can anyone help, plz!?

lol!! forget about it, i got it!

all i had to do was autopatch!

This is odd. There is a 1.12 patch for H&D2 and SS which can be confusing. Luckerly you were able to use the auto-patcher though, a few people have reported problems with it.

I'm surprised autopatching was the solution to this problem. For most people as far as I know, including myself, the autopatcher didn't work with the 1.12 patch. Ah well, problem solved anyway.
