H&D and Sli

I just put together a new computer with an Sli motherboard using two video cards and can't seem to run my all time favorite game. H&D2 installs fine along with the patches but when I go to start it for the first time it generates an error message. The one that says "Windows has encountered a problem" and asks if you want to send a report. I was just curious if anyone has been successfull in running this game with this type of setup.

I think HnD2 will only use one gfx card. Click "Setup" & you will see in the top left corner a display selector, select the card you want to use. If that don't work sell em both & go buy a single card with more memory. I think most games will only use one gfx card anyway. Same goes with sound cards, only one at time.

Aint SLI, supposed to regester as 1 card tho?

That's the curious thing. When you start H&D for the first time it detects your video card and adjust the settings accordingly. This is where it hangs up and shows an error message. I finally took out one of the cards and it works just fine.

It also doesnt work well with a 1600 dpi mouse...

Must be 2 of the things they are trying to add in the patch...
