Santa Claus - a H&D Deluxe mission add-on

Hello everyone,

i would like to share with you my second made mission add-on for Hidden and Dangerous Deluxe, it is called "Santa Claus". The mission was created for request of the forum member Navyseals.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Unpack all the rar archives into your H&D Deluxe data folder (i.e.: C:\Program Files\Take2\Hidden and Dangerous Deluxe\data) and replace the data.dta and models.dta with the new ones. The mission add-on is a file with the *.add extension. Start the game, choose play add-on and select "Santa Claus" from the menu.

MISSION BRIEFING

The Germans launched a counter-offensive in the Ardenes and our American allies need our help. We need to break through the German lines and reach the end of the road with the Sherman tank and supply truck - protect them at all costs! Watch out for the enemy tanks and Germans with panzerfaust. Good luck!

EDIT: I increased the driving speed of the Sherman tank to be more realistic. The range of view of German soldiers is now set to 90 meters - the same as the visibility range. Minor bugs fixed.

Hello Navyseals,

unfortunately, it is impossible for now to use the T-34 Russian tank in a mission, because there isn't any playable model available yet - as far as i know. I made a request, maybe someone will create one in a future. It is possible however, to add some Russian soldiers into the game. I edited the Czechoslovakia campaign of Hidden and Dangerous Deluxe some time ago and i added some extra Russian troops to both missions - you could download those edited missions.

EDIT: Thanks to the forum member NilsZ i managed to add a fully working Russian T-34 tank to the second mission of the Czechoslovakia campaign. You could download it.
