HELP INSTALLING NEW MAPS

COULD SOMEONE TELL ME EXACTLY HOW TO INSTALL A NEW MAP I'VE DOWNLOADED CZECH4 MAP ON MULTIPLAYER AND CAN'T INSTALL IT IN THE HD2 FILE !
