Enemy In Sight
I completly agree with you that anything portraying mainline US forces with M8s is fiction...
But not the M16 A4 or the ACU...
The reality that helps you justify "drawing/"soldering"" on mods with out a basis for how this mod is there...
Without stock mod, picatiny system, or duck tape...
Is FAR removed from anyreality I could justify your {Violation of Forums Rules}...
Oh, yeh and "guns.ru".... That guy cant spell either... And has terrible grammar...
Would you like a modified Texty file that corrects all the weapons designations?
Only weapon I basically havent bothered to identify is the shotgun...

Eight, 8, the burning eight; between Sunday and Monday exists a day so great, it will devastate.
Where's the website?
Our own "Enemy in Sight" website is in development, where you'll be able to find a lot of interesting information about the game. The site would be ready for launch at the end of October at the latest
October of what year (We waited 4 years for H&D2)
I thought I saw information on "Enemy in Sight" months ago on www.atari.com , but now I don't see anything on their site that refers to this game (please correct me, if I'm wrong about this).
Hmmm... First the site was suppose to come out summer 2005 and then, the end of October at the latest... I don't want to get too eager, since I don't want to wait 4 years for this game to come out. Please, stop making promises you can't keep Illusion Softworks!!!! Or at least update us, so we aren't left in the dark.... Silence sucks!!!! Are we suppose to assume that something has happened to the game? Where's the website ?
I really hope they do a better job promoting and supporting Enemy in Sight, than they did with H&D2. I think everyone would agree !
Does anyone have any new information re: "Enemy in Sight" ?
Thanks,
Glue

Thanks
Thanks for the info guys... I just wish there was something a little more current out there. The part about "the end of October, at the latest", got me a little concerned. This game seems soooo promising, but if they can't even meet their deadline to put up their website (TWICE)..... I'm not holding my breath for 2006. I definitely hope I'm wrong about this, because this is the only game, I'm really looking forward to, right now...
Enemy In Sight
Great news.
Screens look promising.
Love the mention about new fresh ideas like digging trenches and forest fires, climbing trees.
It's great that a developer like illusion coming up with game editor, wide open terrain, etc...
I wonder if you'll be able to build a snipers nest in a tree

Couple of new ones here.
Re: Enemy In Sight
I gotta try this, just looooove the countryside
Re: Enemy In Sight
I am really waiting this game, if it is going to be as good as H&D2. I have read that Atari abandoned this game and they have no publisher. There are too much similar games like Ghost Recon, Operation Flashpoint and Armed Assault, they must be inventing something new for this game to be able to success, I wonder what that will be. I like to see German and British tanks like Leopard 2 and Challenger 2. I hope they have full support for modding so there can be WWII mods :)
