If you like some trivia, today is March 4th.
This means (if the mission had really happened)
that would be 76 years ago.

Sorry for being late to this party here... but given all the stuff in the mission, it could not have taken place in March 1941.
The earliest it could be is in April 1943.
Eight, 8, the burning eight; between Sunday and Monday exists a day so great, it will devastate.

My knowledge of WW2 is very scattered and no where near where I would like it to be at. My timeline of events is pretty bad as well but I'd say better than 99% of people out there (sadly!). I thought they based H&D2 on real SAS events or was that only the Sabre Squadron expansion?

Yeah... um... well... the Husky operation is BASED on real events... but I mean come on... it is mostly all just BASED on. Actual SAS operations involved more than 4 guys. I like the missions where there are other AI supposed SAS men.
