Strange, maybe you did something to draw their attention, so they go to the officer's room to check.
They apparently are the ones who spawn with their weapons holstered in the same room the two gray bodyguards come from.
So all bodyguards, regardless of color, sleep in the same room together.
No, i finally found out.
They got spawned OUTSIDE the bunker and were set invisible by default, unless receive a signal called "alarm". Then they will arrive at designated green waypoints. Those 2 guards were placed by default by H&D Deluxe developers. See pictures below taken from HDD Editor.
So, you apparently triggered an alarm. When you stole the key and leave the officer alive, he will trigger the alarm as soon as you leave his room. However, if you kill the officer no alarm will be triggered. I didn't play this mission for a long time, but i remember this fact.

Hmm, ok.
So, the two whites that spawn with the two gray bodyguards, are they supposed to go somewhere?
Because they vanished, and I thought they went to the officer's room.
P.S. I must turn in now.

Just tested in Italy 3; they can't hurt the armored railcars or locomotives, and they can't damage non-armored railcars, so I doubt they can hurt a tank or halftrack.
If all those mentioned vehicles and objects have resistance ID 6 assigned to them, grenades won't destroy them.

A pair of Germans in white winter uniform were assigned to guard certain areas after receiving a signal. However i found a bug and they will probably never go there. See picture below.
OK, i edited the Norway 4 mission once again.
Beside already implemented changes i fixed the behavior of those 2 German guards in white winter uniforms. Now, they should run to one of the bunkers corridors and guard it after receiving the signal "alarm" (the same signal as those 2 guards in white winter uniforms from outside).
Please download and test this mission.

Sounds like a fun add-on.
Well, this is "The aces of the skies" add-on thread:
https://hidden-and-dangerous.net/board/ ... 443#p13443
You could download this add-on if you are interested.

However, keep in mind, that it uses another data.dta version (posted in the add-on thread).
The mission is quite good in my opinion. Maybe not as good as my newer add-ons, but i didn't have so much modding experience at that time as i have nowadays, lol.

Nice job with the guards.
(Sigh)
If only they would remake this game; there could be a cutscene where we pose as a delivery truck, bringing in a last-minute shipment for the submarine.

Thank You.
Well, i always wanted to make a video briefings and cutscenes for H&D Deluxe.
I wonder what software the H&D Deluxe developers used to make those?
P.S. We would act as a Agent 47 (hitman) with his disguises, lol. Maybe dressed as Santa Claus? (Frohe Weihnachten, tra ta ta ta ta

)

Yeah, that "disguise bar" in H&D2 was stupid.
EDIT: Santa Clause?

Well, it was a good idea in my opinion.
I only refered to the Hitman game series, because the Norway campaign took place in Winter.
The scene:
- (Santa Claus - SAS commando) : Guten Tag. Ich habe Geschenk fur dich!
- (German officer) : Danke Schoen liebe Weihnachtsmann! Ich bin sehr gutes Kind!
- (Santa Claus - SAS commando) - Take that you bastard! (shots could be heard from officer room)

You speak German? Nice.
What do those lines mean? Or should I ask Google?

I learned German language in school for few years, starting from Elementary School.
So the dialogue means:
- Good day! I have a gift for you!
- Thank You very much dear Santa Claus! I was a very good kid!
- the rest in English
P.S. I also know Italian language quite well:
- Buongiorno! Ho un regalo per te!
- Grazie mille caro Babbo Natale! Ero molto buono bambino!

Hmm, maybe you are right, lol.
So, in that case:
- (Santa Claus - SAS commando last line): Scheisse! Ich hasse diese Job! Verfluchte MI6! (Shit! I hate this job! Damn MI6!)

That officer is rather cowardly, and his voice weak, and possibly effeminate.
Is he old, or young?
He's not fanatical, and I doubt his experience.
He's also a liar.

I see, that you like to ask rhetorical questions, lol. Like some kind of Greek philosopher.
So, i will act as an ancient oracle:
"Shall You find Your answer in the Lost City - where the Keepers once were, but beware of the Builder's anger!"
Did you know to which old PC game i am referring to?
