Am i thick sas mod file is .add what the fook?

ok got hd deluxe and bergold 1.2 installed both work fine...but this sas mod on the german site where does it go and how do i run it?
i dont know where to put a  .add file help....
also hd deluxe seems the same as the org hd game what is the diff it starts of with that rainy level where you have to cross the bridge avoiding a far from friendly train...
been away from the game for a while but getting back into it...

Add files should be placed into your data folder of your hdd installation
