Hello everyone,
i was testing my new mission add-on before publishing it and i noticed a strange bug.
The bodies of the killed enemies look like backpacks...
I never had such bug before and i created many add-ons plus i am playing H&D Deluxe many years.
I tried to change the enemy model to another one, but the problem remains.
I will attach a picture, maybe You will know how to fix that.
The map is taken from the default H&D Deluxe from the Germany campaign (6th mission) - i never experienced such problem in the original mission.
However, it looks like a map related problem.

Hi p.jakub88,
I am sure there is a map that you have to protect a Seaplane in H&DD that the enemies become backpacks once killed.
There are too many enemies there to be killed, so the developers have probably choosen to just make the backpacks appear to allow the players to search for their items instead of making the whole corpse appear due to memory restrictions.

Re: Strange enemy corpse look
Hi,
Yes, this is the map from the H&D Deluxe mission that You described. In the default mission there are 2 Tiger tanks and several dozens enemy soldiers to kill.
So, this is a kind of easter egg? I didn't know that. In the old H&D the corpses look normal.
I wonder, if there is a way to fix that in the HD Editor or 3ds max?

Re: Strange enemy corpse look
Thanks to NilsZ i managed to fix this problem.
I needed to disable the "Optimize dead bodies" option in the HD Editor.
