how get objects from H&D2 to 3d studio max?

Not possible cause of the missing plugins

Yeah as Lars said, the H&D2 models are in a custom file format so we can not open them without the 3d max plug-in that Illusion Softworks (now 2k Czech) used to create them.

And unless they make a deluxe version, we're not going to see such things.
