Hello all,
I just recently found this gem on gog.com and bought both H&D 1 and 2. So far I love the games but have been trying to find a some HD skin packs. As of now I came across the "Hd2 Downloader version 1.3 x64.exe" which looks like it is a "hub" that linked to various types of mods. Of course all of the links are dead and even browsing here I couldn't find anything I was looking for.

Would someone please point me in the right direction of the mods that "should be installed right off the bat."
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for all the help so far bud. One quick question though.
I am seeing in some older posts that I need an extractor but then on the moddb page it says that i should just dump the folders into the main directory. Is there a right way or is the extractor just an older method that is now null?
Also, the RpR Google Drive:
Is there anything else good there or is the rest of it like the "skin packs" just mp only?
Thanks again for the help.

You don't need the extractor unless you want to make your own mods - if you just dump the files into the game folder, the game will automatically load the new ones in. Likewise, all you need to do to uninstall is delete the modded files and everything will go back to normal.
As for the RpR Drive, You can find some texture mods, as well as some sound mods, but the big ones are mission mods. For instance, you will need the newest Coop Map Pack from there if you want to play multiplayer on many coop servers. You can also find some Single player missions and other editing tools.

Thanks for all the help jacob. One last question? Are there any real times that there are a lot of players on or is it just a trickle?

Its usually just a trickle, though I do find there are more in the evenings (Greenwich time).
If you are interested, some groups host coop events on weekends. I know the RpR TLC is open to anyone who is willing to play with team, so if you are in to that sort of thing, that would be the place to start.
