Custom text in SS

Before I got SS I had made myself a mod that made the weapon names more realistic. It no longer works with SS. Where can I find the text files for SS?

Extract to my HD2 folder and overwrite my own files? You have them set to English, I use EnglishUS anyways.
Didn't need to extract them to read them; as I thought, you have incorrectly labeled weapons and ammunition and have actually made some things "less realistic."

Never heard of backing up files? I guess not. Also I made most of this stuff when I had no internet to check my work, and thanks for your lovely assistance in telling me how to fix my problem. I never extracted them as I said, I was joking, pretending you would sabotage my files. What problem are you having? I am sure you are completely happy with what you have. I did want an example, I got what I wanted. I didn't say that you failed to accommodate me.

Alright, I'm sorry. I just lost my cool there. The problem is that the custom text doesn't show ingame. But before SS the custom text did show ingame. Wow, it suddenly started working today. I think it might be because I removed my backups from the folder. Maybe it was reading those.
