Thanks to hdmaster 3ds max plugin (index.php/topic,2003.0.html)
I'm adding a zdepth feature to my editor.
Providing a zdepth image of the map (automatically realized by 3ds max),
and 2 transforming factors (very easy to calculate),
my editor now suggests height for points where the mouse cursor is.
It will give the possibility to place new objects "on ground", instead
of fixed height 0.0. Will be very useful for highly irregular maps, as Burma (the Hill).
Sadly, the hdmaster plugin is not yet perfect, so some areas have wrong zdepth map
(object moved or black holes).
