So i downloaded H&d deluxe from gaershell and the description says devils bridge addon is included
yet i cannot play it, nor find it, i completed all the standard missions and when i click on Play-Addon i cant use Start game nor Host game
and the Package: reads empty

How to play the devils bridge addon if it even is included ? and if not where to get it

When you play the SP you have at the left side the HD missions and at the right the Devils Bridge Missions

Yes it is definitely included, as Lars said when you complete the original missions the Devils Bridge (or Fight for Freedom) missions show on the right hand side of the campaign selection menu. They are black and white like other campaigns until you complete the campaign before it.

can i cheat so it thinks i completed the n ormal missions so i can right away play the flight for freedom missions ?

You can cheat through every mission till you can access the addon. Or you can download an savegame
