But no, there is not real way of getting a new file. I suppose I could send you mine but the problem is you have to find & replace the directories that my computer has installed the game in and replace them with your own.
Maybe if you tell me the directory where you install H&D Deluxe with the exact spelling then I can edit the file for you. I will also need your computer user name - are you on Win XP?
Why did you delete the install file?
