H&D Deluxe, the ultimate mod: Soldiers.
Re: H&D Deluxe, the ultimate mod: Soldiers.
I edited the default motorcycle riding (driving) animation - i made the driver movements slower and now they look more natural than default (wild moves back and forth which drove me crazy).
Download the "Edited animation.rar" archive attached below and unpack the anims.dta archive to your H&D Deluxe data directory and the anims folder into your root H&D Deluxe directory. Replace the appropriate files when asked.
This edited animation will be used also by the PAK-40 gunner from the Prague 1 mission.

Yeah, the BMW driver looked a bit like he was humping the bike.
Re: H&D Deluxe, the ultimate mod: Soldiers.
Thanks to informations received from NilsZ i managed to add few soldiers from FFF expansion into H&D Deluxe. See picture below.
Download the attached data.dta archive and maps.rar archive (unpack the maps.rar archive into your main H&D Deluxe directory). Then open your maps.dta archive and delete the default faces subfolder.

Wowee, thanks Jakub!
Quick question, where is the "default faces subfolder"?
I can't seem to find it.

Go to your data directory, open your maps.dta and the faces folder is inside of it. See picture below.

Bad News, something went wrong. I removed the original Faces folder and put in the one you had me download, and I got this now.

Re: H&D Deluxe, the ultimate mod: Soldiers.
Did you replace the data.dta archive as well?
You need also to put the maps folder from the maps.rar archive into your main H&D Deluxe directory. It contains the faces subfolder.
See pictures below.
You certainly missing some files.
This mod is working for me on 2 different PCs with 3 different OS: XP, Vista and Windows 10...

Ah ha!
I got it working now.
I dunno how I misinterpreted you the last time. Weird.

Re: H&D Deluxe, the ultimate mod: Soldiers.
I took 2 custom Italian soldiers models from NilsZ "Hidden and Dangerous Extended Mod".
See pictures below.
Unpack the Italian soldiers.rar archive (models.mod and maps.mod folders) into your root H&D Deluxe directory.
I plan to replace some of the German soldiers in the Italian campaign (in Italy 2 and Italy 3 missions) with the custom Italian soldiers.

Re: H&D Deluxe, the ultimate mod: Soldiers.
I am so happy with this new Microsoft Edge; I can once again download directly from the website instead of being forced to save every single folder the way Chrome forces me to.
Re: H&D Deluxe, the ultimate mod: Soldiers.
Hey NilsZ, are you on here?
Re: H&D Deluxe, the ultimate mod: Soldiers.
yes, sir!
I think the two bugs are related to the bug fix that AI couldn't leave vehicles. Maybe the try to leave now so that they can take out a weapon but the game puts them back because the car is driving. I will try to fix that.
Italian soldiers were made by me. I used only H&D stuff. Yet they don't have italian signs, but they will be added in some time.

When I saw the brown-uniformed Italians, I thought you were basing them off the Italians in MoH: Breakthrough, as I remember there being two distinct uniforms in that game; a brown uniform with a American-like helmet, and a green uniform with one of those flatter, British-style helmets.
