I'm curious; does your revamp/overhaul include the DB/FFF soldier dossiers in addition the vanilla ones?

This was also my idea, but sadly the game freezes in the caracter selection menu if you have more than 40 soldiers :(
FFF has 16 soldiers and i wanted to increase the number to 56. When you enter the selection menu you can see already the first FFF soldier, but one second later the game is frozen.

The only other idea is to replace 16 base game soldiers with FFF soldiers.

Hmm, only 16?
It felt like more than that.

Anyway, there are a few mediocre soldiers in the vanilla game that will NEVER be used, so they can be replaced. There is 1 soldier who is below 65 on EVERYTHING.

By coincidence, DB/FFF does have 1 soldier who is a real prima-donna.

I am really far now with my new update. I added more new textures, longer bleeding and some bug fixes. I will release it tomorrow.

I changed also some sound soundtracks to their extended versions. The reload and pull up animations are now faster, so you won't be killed if your magazine is empty ;)

All you need do is not let your magazine go empty to begin with.

I have checked now all the noob soldiers. There are 10 soldiers that have no real advantages. In FFF there are 7 Soldiers that are better. I post a list below and we have to decide:

Noobs in vanilla game:
Name, shooting, reaction, stealth, strength, endurance

Chester 'Fairbairn' Ranking, 75, 75, 85, 80, 75
Andreas 'Dutch' Gulp, 75, 70, 80, 80, 70
Daniel Paczowski, 80, 75, 55, 70, 70
John Smith, 70, 75, 75, 70, 70
David Jankins, 70, 85, 70, 70, 65
David Rodney, 60, 65, 65, 55, 55
Willfred 'Policeman' Towny, 75, 75, 75, 70, 75
Thomas Smooth, 75, 75, 50, 70, 75
John Brown, 70, 70, 60, 80, 75
David Lincoln, 60, 65, 55, 65, 65 (super noob)

FFF:
John McGrabb, 70, 85, 70, 90, 90
Francis 'Wolf' Cubertain, 70, 80, 80, 80, 80
Roy Dobbs, 70, 80, 80, 80, 80
Allen 'Ape' McDonald, 95, 80, 60, 90, 100
Whinston 'Cigare' Chill, 90, 90, 80, 70, 70
Peter Dare, 80, 90, 60, 60, 60
Adam Ramsay, 75, 95, 80, 70, 70

In my opinion You could remove for sure these men:

- David Rodney, David Lincoln, John Brown, Thomas Smooth, David Jankins, John Smith and Willfred 'Policeman' Towny.

7 men that could be exchanged for those from FFF expansion.
