I think you misunderstood what I said but that is ok.

Do you have a winrar file with all of the models?

Wouldn't it be better to have the soldiers with original models first and then release that as the first release (just copy the same model many times to get different faces). Just, I'd rather something was released... :P (It's been so loooooong :P since even before h&d2 hehe).

Can the game work with an unpacked data folder? cos I could make a program to rename the users SAS soldiers to change the faces to the ones they select. Unfortunately they would have to select them outside the game and then write it down and make sure they select the same ones in game :P - unless it is possible to get the game to tell the program which soldiers are selected and then quickly do the rename before it loads the level. This is providing that you can have the stuff extracted and it doesn't still have to be in that big zip thing. If I remember it takes ages to extract and then recompile that zip anyway >_<

Since I have Mauser K98k (deactivated, mixed parts, recheiver dated 1941 and all parts (based on stamps) are genuine made in N-Germany) and german field gear (I own some original and some reproduced), I am able to take more or less pictures about them if needed.

And in case if you want to make genuine evil na... german machinegunner model or so, now that I acquired MG42 spare barrel container, once again if needed I can take photos about it easily.
