Hmm, maybe you are right, lol.
So, in that case:
- (Santa Claus - SAS commando last line): Scheisse! Ich hasse diese Job! Verfluchte MI6! (Shit! I hate this job! Damn MI6!) funny02
That officer is rather cowardly, and his voice weak, and possibly effeminate.

Is he old, or young?
He's not fanatical, and I doubt his experience.

He's also a liar.

I see, that you like to ask rhetorical questions, lol. Like some kind of Greek philosopher. ;)

So, i will act as an ancient oracle:

"Shall You find Your answer in the Lost City - where the Keepers once were, but beware of the Builder's anger!"

Did you know from which game this is taken?
Not rhetorical, I like shooting the breeze about trivialities that I notice/observe.

EDIT: Nope, doesn't sound familiar.
It must be Fantasy. I know some Fantasy, but I prefer Science-Fiction.

Yes. Thief: The Dark Project (one of my favourites old PC games). However, it is not a exact quote. I just put together few sentences from the game.

Some original Thief 1 quotes that i remember (mostly said by guards):

- "Someone is taffing around here!";

- "Hmm. Maybe i am drinking too much coffee. It must been rats";

- and my favourite one: "You Taffer"! (word invented by Looking Glass Studios describing a stupid person or maybe a thief according to Wikipedia source).

Ekhm  . Back to the topic.

So, you have no more requests for changes in the H&D Deluxe missions?

If not, i will focus on making new add-ons for H&D Deluxe. I have a good idea, but this will require a new usable Japanese Type 97 tank (i already found a suitable model on www.cadnav.com, but i don't know if it could be actually used in HDD editor). Some models imported to HDD Editor from 3ds Max became distorted.

For now, i could use a new Matilda II tank model in my H&D Deluxe add-ons (see my newest add-on called "The road to Mandalay": https://hidden-and-dangerous.net/board/ ... 27&t=43596). Driving the tank across the valley is fun. "Jolly good show, Sir!" - as would say British actors from old WWII movies.

However, making a new vehicle in H&D Deluxe drivable isn't as easy as it sounds: https://hidden-and-dangerous.net/board/ ... f=8&t=2755

Speaking of H&D Deluxe add-ons - did you play any (i mean not necessarily my own ones)?

I am asking, because i see that you prefer to play Single Player campaigns in Co-op mode.

What about Your family (brother?) - did he also like my changes in stock H&D Deluxe missions?

Is there any Co-op mode available when playing H&D Deluxe add-ons?

Yes.

I do.

I think they do; but they are still 98% in the dark.

Yes.

What do you mean by "they are still 98% in the dark"?

Keep in mind, that i know mostly official English language, i don't know all Proverbs and slang words...

Does it mean, that your brother is much younger than you?

If your family knows a secret, but they are not sharing it with you, they are "leaving you in the dark."
It's a metaphor that equals "knowledge" with "light."

I mean I have told my brothers, (I have one younger and one older), very little, and they do like what little I have told them.

My younger brother didn't like how easy it was for the oil-refinery sniper and Tower #3 to kill us, but I think I can convince him otherwise.

Oh i see. Thank You for the explanation.

Well, you wanted a sniper on the factory's roof and even MG nest (like in my add-on "The Tojo's oil"). I changed the sniper position, because originally you wanted him to aim DIRECTLY to the ONLY SAFE exit from sewers.

I tested my modified Italy2 mission and it is possible to eliminate the sniper and ALL Germans on MG towers without taking any SAS casualties.

So, apparently you didn't tell them a lot, since they know only about Italy2...

The exit close to the building, at it's back, is safe.
All you have to do is know how to throw a grenade.

Yes, it could be possible, when the MG operator on the nearest tower is not armed with any firearm to defend himself except for the mounted MG (like in my modified Italy 2 mission version).

I also placed one German soldier, that is patrolling the area along the factory building back wall. Of course, the German soldier close to those exploding fuel barrels is also a threat. More safer and quicker will be to exit the sewers in the place mentioned in the mission briefing by the instructor.

Indeed, I can only hope my pop and brothers know about verbal communication. (We all meet up and play in the same room.)

OK, i decided to make a FINAL UPDATE of the Italy2 mission. thup01

Beside already implemented changes i made few new ones:

- more dense checkpoint grid to make the AI easier to navigate,

- enemy patrol routes improved (bugs fixed),

- removed exploding fuel barrels placed near the main factory's building (what idiot placed barrels with petrol near big fuel tanks..).

Please download and test this mission.

I found some bugs related to the behavior of patrolling Germans - they didn't follow the programmed patrol route. I recently learned how to properly add patrol routes, because earlier some of them didn't work correctly. Now you should have 3 Germans (beside the stock ones) that will patrol certain important map areas. thup01

Well, i had no choice. I won't leave here a mission with significant bugs to be played.

OK. Good night!
