i hate not being able to host this game
since i have a modem router with voip
i cannot change the setting at random
since i loose telephone then
iv heart about dns.org
is this a good option  to get ride of the hosting probs ?
would it connect to my internal ip ??

if i understand it right reading a view other post here plp log in my network
i hit the lansetup ??? instead of internet game ??
they do the same and it should showup

You create an channel (passwordprotected) and give the name and the pass to your mates. Instead of creating an internetserver you create and look now for servers at the lan connection

waaaah i must have a really crappy modem router
i can ping another guy but he cannot ping me 
so no game no nothing im really sad 

but i noticed a really wierd thing  not related to hama thingy  b.t.w

i was trying to enter a normal ip in join server on internet and i noticed the 255.255.255.255 setting there no prob to change it

But i remember i could host when i change  a setting in windows firewall advange settings months ago now i cannot find that setting again  i believe it is not there anymore after a patch from xp
since there was also the 255 setting i changed it into either my computer name of my ip adress and i could host one single server i could keep it online

once i reset the server i had to do the same thing over again  to get it working again
and in all cases no firewal  or router was a prob anymore
this must he the whole prob with hd2 sabre  i think
something is pointing to a wrong adress  from the start


any programmer here ,.... have a cleu ???
