Installing Issue!?

I have bought H&D2 recently and originally worked, but I have formatted and other things, and I thought I'd install it agian. There was an error on Disk1 before the installation could even start - the disk was perfect condition - but I found there was a very small scratch at the end, fair enough. So - I borrow a mates disk (H&D2 disk1.) and it's all good. Until we get to 75% of disk 3 - a file called BriefAfrica6; can't be found, I fixed that and it continues to 100% where there is one last error: -

"Error 1334. The file' _57D5B38D63874E57840B1D21196A8A42" cannot be found in cabinet file 'Data3.cab'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this pakage."

That's the error I get at the last 100% - wich leads me to believe I can still fix it. It indicates 100% down the bottum of the Install page - the directory is: "C:\...\Text\english\license" This may seem sus. asking for a license .txt file - but I don't need any CD Keys - just the rest of the script and imformation you have located in your license.txt file. Edit the script so I don't get your CD Key -  just indicate where I need to place my Key and any information like that. Thank You. 

God, I've wanted to play this game for ages now! I need help fixing this - so go out of your way for a second to help me people! Please.   

P.S: I rushed this Post in order o recieve a reply as soon as possible - so if there is any typo's. ,etc. than indicate them to me; if you can't make out a inquiry I've asked.

You's are too bloody late - I am buying a new one, it's really a joke how much these disks stuff up; it's reported everywhere. I eBay'ed myself a nice new copy and Sabre Squadron better work, or I'll be pissed!
