Console Command explanations

I would like to find information that explains the Commands that are available in the console.
Also:
Is there any release date for the 1.13 patch?

If you mean server commands, type 'help' in the console and you'll get a list. And if you're the host, remember to put 'svcmd' before commands. For single player commands, I found this list, which might not be complete:

heal 1 - Get health for yourself.
happyammo 1 - Turn unlimited ammo on.
happyammo 0 - Turn unlimited ammo off.
kill - Die instantly.
giveitem (ITEM) - Get an item (replace ITEM with a keyword below):

I did not ask for the CHEATS....
I Asked for the COMMAND List explanations.
In case that confuses people
Go to the Console and type HELP
THAT lists the commands I would like the information on.. NOT CHEATS

Cheats are also 'console commands', so I was covering all bases. Surely the server commands are self-explanatory, and I thought they were covered in one of the readme files in the installation directory. I can't check that because I don't have H&D 2 installed right now.

Set up a LAN server and experiment with the commands, and as I said in my first post, remember to put svcmd (that stands for SerVer CoMmanD) before the command. It's not necessary for all commands, but it is for some. If you tell me which commands you don't understand how to use I might be able to explain their function, but I'm not going to do it for each one.

I know most of them already, there are a few I can't figure out.  And I'd LOVE the name of the file that has these commands listed in it, I can't find it

The ones I'd like to know are these:

VR12
SC03
SC06
GSM
ADPCM
PCM
And the one called 'NONE', why is there a command called NONE ?

As far as I remember exec was to execute a comand file for the dedicated server.
VR12,SC03,SC06,GSM,ADPCM,PCM where codecs for the ingame voice

The "exec" command works on any server, dedicated or not; you can execute a file that is in your main directory from in game.
