hello i have just bought the game hidden and dangerous 2 (with sabre squadron included) and after i have installed it and tried to run the game i am getting an error displayed which reads 'unable to authenticate original disk within time limmit.
i followed the instalation instrutions all the way and i have disk 1 in when tryingto run the game i also ran the auto patching.exe and it still made no difference can you help me

Could be a problem with your cd drive and/or an software problem.
Best and easiest way arround is to use a no cd crack witch most of us do

As long as you have the full game I am sure it's fine to use a no-cd crack morally any way.

well i e-mail the tech support for the game and they told me to close all other applications on my pc and disable all my virus software and id rather use a cd crack that expose my pc to hackers and viruses

We should not be FORCED to use our expensive CD's. The first thing i do after installing a game is to search for one.
