copy saved profile on other PC..but no "resume gm"

I want to bring over my saved profile file of HD2 to another PC in which a HD2 game is installed.
I believed that all I had to copy is the "saved profiles" part with the given name file.
But although at the main page my given profile name is recognized, it is greyed out and I cannot get it activated (I can only start a new "single game"/"campaign").
What else needs to be copied ?

(Or is it perhaps in my home PC I have HD2SS installed and the other PC is only HD2 ?..note this copied profile is still a HD2 campaign mission and not a HD2SS mission).

I dont know much about this but i was once told that the sabre squadron save files are different from that of the orginal....

Yeah the format is different some how. But the H&D2 saved games should work. Unless when installing SS it updates the original H&D2 saved games :?
