Server Menu Error

well its not really an Error but
has anybody had the problem of their server menu changing
It seems to have go back to how it was before any patches were installed, so the server window is to small, the server names go off the bottom
also the buttons are now spread otu underneath, so half of them are blank
the games runs fine, but it doesnt look right
I have unistalled and reinstalled and patched it, but it still does the same
anybody got any clues?????

now its a problem , when i go to the host server screen, its all wrong and i cant change any options or see any maps
