Problem with Estate Agent

[How?]

I'm playing the second alps mission, the castle. None of the doors seem to open. Is this a problem.
Also I can not find the officer to give my papers to, is he behind a door?

Thanks for the walkthru.
But the doors on the level will not open. I right click on the door and then rightclick again because the selected action is 'Open Door' but it does not open.
Thank you Lars but i'm having a problem with the doors not opening, is it a known bug?

I've heard of people having issues with it... do you have the latest patch? maybe restart the level from the beginning?

Thanks Jason. I have got the latest patch, 1.12.
After restarting the mission about five times they work now and i have completed it.   smile01

I have found that if I'm lying prone, doors will not open. I have to be crouching at least. Seems realistic actually.
