Hi,

Great game, very addictive but this part has driven me nuts!

I've killed all enemies, destroyed planes and fuel stores - recieved info from officer about Schumann and now have to find the docs for his whereabouts. Are playing this on Hard level, have looked and looked and looked again in all buildings and tents, climbed onto furniture and looked on top of things but can't for the life of me find these bloody documents to end the mission and proceed with this otherwise brilliant game...
Hope this is not a bug, I have the latest patch installed.

About 8 or 9 threads down from this one you will find you are not the first to have this problem,probably won't be the last person either.

It's a bug I'm afraid, and the only way to get around it is to go back a mission and start over again. Fun, eh?

Obvious question pops into my mind. "Why don't they release a patch for it?" and while they are at it, look at other bugs that might be there.

This is IF they still support this product.

This game is too good to just waste without fine tuning.

I've replayed this mission 3 times and still no documents.
Autopatcher says no patch available.

I'm getting fed up now.
Any ideas

The only way I know to avoid this bug is to go back to the previous mission (the last mission of the Arctic campaign) and play on from there, and hope the bug doesn't reappear when you go to the mission again. Really annoying.

Everytime I have played, I have found the documents either in the tents or the hangar next to the main building.

But yes, you might be the unlucky one to have it bugging :/

Are there plans for another patch?

I played this mission Easy; but, after I reached a certain point - I think it was when I killed everybody - a message came up on the screen to tell where the documents could be found, for easy, normal and hard. Hope this helps. pukey

Sometimes people also forget the hangar next to the orange building, since over 3\4 times I have played Spaghetti Airport, I have found them there. Rest 1\4 have been in the main building or in the pilot tents.

But it could be that you might be the unlucky one with these bug stuff.

Why are they in different places ?

I played this game when it first came out, and now second time around, it's still the best game around.

Congratulations. I believe they are in different places depending on the degree of difficulty. I played Easy this time around and the documents were located on a desk in one of the rooms in the main building. But, when the message came up indicating I had achieved that particular objective, it also told where to look based on the difficulty level. It is a great game and I'm sorry it took me 3 years to find it. I too hope for a sequel. There is H&D Sabre Squadron, if you can find it.

The trick i do with this mission is to drive directly to the pilots tent (i actually drive into it, better cover) & if there are no documents i restart the mission (back to menu). This is better than fighting your way to the other locations & discovering there are no documents.
