I'm stuck! op snowball-redevouz, i get to the boat but the aviator will not board it what to do?

Welcome to the board.
Use your commands to get him to follow you as close as possible. Do this by using the 'tighten formation' command.

Try using the Move There ('Advance over there!') command. I don't know why he's not following you on though, I've never heard anyone else have problems with that. :?
Maybe it's a new bug you've found.

Well, one way is to give follow me order, and then step to the boat yourself. The aviator and your squad wont come in but the mission is still accomplished, atleast I noticed this since I have played rendezvous about 50 times already :D
But yes, it could be a bug.

thanks for the speedy replys everyone, turns out it was a bug: the mission just wouldn't end. i tried again and it worked.

At current I've been told that IS are working through 20 pages of bugs
The bugs seemed random to me but now it just seems there's so damn many of them
