Playing Coop with the original game missions?

Hi there and thanks for any help you can throw my way but im in a bit of pickle right now - id like to replay the orginal HD2 game with my mates, but so far I can only play Sabre Squadron missions in Coop
I've patched everything to the latest, including Sabre, but theres still no option that gives me the chance to play those amazing missions like the first map - set in Norway or the one set in North Africa.
These missions are in my opinon the bread and butter of Hidden and Danerous 2 and it would be a damn shame if they just simply couldnt be played on Coop
So is there a mod, or a way of adding these additional maps to coop?
