how the hell do you complete the additonal objective "allmost the entire boat crew survived, thanks to the rapid response???

if it´s a timelimit...i´ve gotten to the harbour in no time?

plez help!
 

Kind of a tricky one, just have to find out what area of the map triggers the boat crew the start opening fire. You could always grab the truck and drive through the compound towards the boat, might help with killing the enemy guards around the boat.
