Is it possible to IP ban in multiplayer. Have been having a few retards on.

Unfortunately, no. It's possible to configure a scrip to auto-kick players of a certain name, but generally the chronic glitchers and arseholes have a new name every day.

One of the developers goes around ruining games, funny...
That is why they havent released the 1.13 patch yet, he is putting a stall on it, it includes an IP ban option!

It is now possible to ban IP's in HD2. I have been testing it on my servers (GS|Under The Eagle and GS|Wrath Of The Eagle), it will actually ban the players IP. If they change their name it will make no diference to them. If you would like a copy of this please email me at hawk@the-golden-squadron.co.uk.
