Hi,

I am trying to change the weapons in my server through making changes in my mpmaplist. I try using the program of this link found on this forum:

I dont really understand how it works. But i copied and pasted the text (after pressing dowload in that very program) into the old mpmaplist and i see the changes are all there, but when i start up HD Sabre S., creating my own server, all the old items are still in place.
(by the way, when i remove my mpmaplist.txt from HD is still works anyway; now aint that strange )

Perhaps its a Windows problem? When trying to copy after deleting the original it says: text has been changed. Do you want to save these changes? :( Than i press: Ok.
After that it says: Cant make maplist.txt, see if path is right or name is correct

I hope that anyone can give me some support on the subject much obliged!!

Check if your 'mpmaplist' is read-only... right click on it, select properties, and see if the 'Read-Only' box is checked. If it is, uncheck it and try saving it.

And the game works with out a maplist becuz there is a default list stored in the main files...

There could be an error somewhere or it could be corrupt. If there is HnD2 will use the default. To check to see if it works correctly try to run a server using the "ServerLauncher" in your HnD2 folder, it will warn you of any errors.
