Is there a way to add the sniper rifles to this map ?

EDIT: OK, I figured this out, so let me rephrase my question.
Is there a list some where that correlates item numbers with
descriptions ?

Yes if you edit the mpmaplist.txt file and add these parts to the lybia3 coop map part:
enfield mk.1 (optics)
springfield (optics)
