				Not really relevant, but it's something I'd never really thought of before. There are Russians in the last mission of both H&D 1 and 2, some kind of weird IS ritual?

				LMAO thats true
Thats like the first time that was brought to my attention. Although they didn't try to kill you in H&D1. The end of H&D1 and SS were good. FFF and H&D2 had shitty last missions I reckon.
Off-topic, oops

				@Drozdov
It is a policy. In the former socialist countries. Many people do not love Russia.
Many politicians in the Europe wish to change history of war. Where Russia (USSR) allocate last place.

As they said in some interview somewere (on this site i believe) they just added the russians to show us that the war was over, and the beginning of cold war!
Capish? ?

				I think the fact that they were Czech had a lot to do with having you fight the Russians in H&D 2. Czechs still seem to hold a grudge against Russia for their actions in the 1960s. Another game by a Czech developer, Operation Flashpoint, is extremely anti-Russian. Still a great game though.
He's right about the modern historians' attempts to eradicate the role played by Russia in WWII. These days it's far more popular to talk about the bad actions of the Russian soldiers than to talk about the evils committed by the Nazis. I have actually seen recent documentaries that call the Russians savage barbarians. But of course, they never criticise what the oh-so-magnificent-and-infallible US and UK armies did during the war.

That sounds like the first Russian mission in Call of Duty.You get off the boat at Stalingrad and some guy gives you 5 rounds of ammunition and no weapon.

Well basically every nation which is in war, does something which is not correct, and one of them is war.
But I believe one reason is that Western countries did not do them so much, or more privately. Russians did have reason to storm Germany down, as Germany burned Russia down while they retreated.
So Russians had a reason for the things they made, but still it is wrong. Same applies to Western countries, like the nuclear\atom bombs in Japan. Was it correct or not? I know many say it was done to *make* Japany surrender but think about it, killing innocent people that much just to make enemy surrender?
But to get to the topic, the last mission includes Russian, NKVD troops which are hunting German technology. As a fact, the developers added this to give a point about it that even World-War II ended, another one, Cold-War, started up with Communistic East and West.

				About yes. 30 million killed Soviet people - the good reason for storm of Berlin. Now about game. It has begun still in H&D FfF. Missions about Greece (!) shot communists. Models under the name the terrorist (!)
Someone now will tell that it not a policy? And whence the wind and so it is clear blows.

Japan were going to surrender most likely anyway. It is just a disgrace what was done :( Of course ssome people still have the pig headedness to try to justify this "testing" of the weapons on people. Quite sick.
