Where is every coop server? I can usually find 2 or 3. And there is really no sense if it's not very hard and max 4lives. Should i try using gamespy to get more servers?

After what i remember... gamespy doesnt help much... just check with your filters, and if you live in ... well the other side of the world... when different time zone and stuff...
