this is a great game.
i have one question, in multiplayer option, playing against my friend, can I pick and command my team of 3 additional people, like during regular single player mode or I just have to have (to be) one soldier (deathmatch).

You can only control one person in the cooperative online mode. :)

Yes, H&D isn't like BiA where you control a team of AI in multiplayer. In all H&D MP modes, you control and command only one soldier. Well, you can try to command others but they generally ignore you, even if they're in your clan.
