Bullet holes

All greetings. I played earlier in Hidden and Dangerous and it was pleasant to me because in characters there were traces of shots, that is blood. And now has downloaded and there there are no traces of bullets, it can is possible as that to include?

If you are playing single player it is all there, the AI limps and everything. In multiplayer all that is disabled.

I play the single version, but no traces of bullets on the characters. but to me this game and liked it that the shot from a distance and approaches, and look where the bullet hit)))
How do I enable this feature? thanks in advance
