Hello folks, After a while I installed H&D 2 + sable squadron nd I tried to play online, this worked but I only could play Co-op missions but I could not join any deathmatch or objectives etc. Does anyone of you knows how this comes?

I got version 1.11, I have downloaded 1.12 from this site and try to install it but when I did its sad that H&D2 was already updated.

But when I open H&D2 then it shows 1.11, verry strange

Not strange really. Sounds like it is working just as it is supposed to.

First you need to make sure you run the SS patch for 1.12. It is 21mb as apposed to 123mb. The regular patch updates the non-SS game to be somewhat compatible with non-co-op SS servers. It sounds like you just downloaded the 123mb version so it didn't actually update SS. Second you need to make sure you start the game properly, for example, from the SS icon that is like the normal HD2 icon, but with an SQ on it.

Pretty sure though that you just installed the wrong 1.12 patch.

i had that bug with my old hd2,too.
i had the 1.12 installed and they show me 1.11,but i see all servers(without coop becouse i had no SS).
now dont with the gold edition.

No has mentioned maps! A lot of the MP maps are now all modded maps, do you have any of them installed?

Really!? A lot of the DM and OCC servers are running modded maps!? He has already verified he is on 1.11.
