Can not find documents in the airport level "hard". I have looked at the room Schuman, in another room in front and angar. Someone can tell me where is it?

First of all there is an old bug that sometimes made the documents not appear but if you are running the latest 1.12 patch that should not be occuring. They can be located in the tents as well as inside a cupboard I believe? you have to shoot them open. I'm sure they are around some where. Did you look around the room with the big table?

Isn't the a cupboard in the tents that you can shoot open? or in the building? aren't the documents in there sometimes? or am I accidentally making things up?

This is the first i ever heard mention of the documents being in a cupboard, i used to just restart the mission. Method i used was to drive like mad to the tents, if the docs were not there i would restart the mission instead of wasting time to see if they were anywhere else.
