First he was saying that we are all primitive, yet we have ICBMs. Then that he served in the Russian military and that is where he was taught to hate the NATO countries. Then that Russia and the NATO countries are white, and that if we fight we will be like the Arabs whom kill each other.

Second he talks about the recent "radioactive poisoning" of the Ex-Russian KGB agent Alexander Litvinenko in the UK. And that our English papers make the Kremlin look bad when Alexander Litvinenko in-fact is considered a traitor to the Russian country and people.

ICBMs are InterContinental Ballistic Missiles; he said "rocket armies of strategic purpose" which to me means strategic missiles or ICBMs... I think he is saying that the Western powers are mainly white and that Russia is mainly white and that he thinks we should be working together, not giving each others enemies asylum and letting them spill government secrets to the world.

I think Vitaminh has interpreted it correctly. I'm guessing he means that we shouldn't start the Cold War again over the Litvinenko assassination, especially since in Russia's view he was a traitor. Me, I dislike the idea that anyone can be a 'traitor' to their country. If your country is acting wrongly, then it's perfectly justified to speak out against it. If the country is largely doing right, then people like Litvinenko will either not have any cause to speak out, or will be ignored when they do.

If he was assassinated because of what he was going to say, and I've not heard that anything he was going to say was damaging to the Russian people, then that proves he had a point, that his information was valid and that the Putin government is the traitor to their people. But to me assassinating him in such a way that made it obvious his death was murder seems too risky to be credible, surely if they were wanting to silence him they would have killed him in a way that could be seen as accidental or suicidal (like Britain did with Dr. David Kelly). This is just too brazen and obvious, I wonder if an anti-Putin faction assassinated him to make the world believe it had been ordered by Putin. Obviously that's just a theory, I don't know that Putin wouldn't act so brazenly. Certainly a lot of anti-Putin people have been assassinated. It's also possible that it was ordered by a less important official who was threatened by something Litvinenko knew, rather than ordered by the government.
