He shouldnt have to be at his pc 24/7 to have a site...
The internet is free to do what you want on it...
Not every 1 lives at there pc...
You know howmany "blogs" take up the internet?
Alot that are hardly even checked into more then once a month...
He wants to have a site, is paying for the site I believe and should be able to enjoy it when he desides to get on it...
Instead of starting from scratch each visit...
