Im just inquiring about africa 3 map that you did in coop, see i managed to get rid of the camera which seemed to complete the obj with the fix it guy, but still when a client joins it seems to crash, it would really help me please if you could tell me if its ok with you how to get past this wee gltich cause it would be such a great map :)

Well it are of course the official coop maps witch IS is working on.... and since over 3 months now they should has been released... well that was it was Jason toled me

Well, IS are waiting on Take 2 atm, maps are in the testing stages... again, last time the maps were tested they decided to completely re-do some maps and majorly change others

So they are coming soon *cough

Jason, I aknowlegde that you keep us on a need-to-know basis - guess IS doesn't wanna make any promises and that's understandable...

However maybe you can reveal this much:
Is it planned as a commercial release or a 'service pack' ?

It will be in the form of a patch, I believe :) As far as I know, it will be free.

Summer holidays coming up shortly - Brushed and all set to go...:)

Well Alexander I choose to look at it this way:

Everybody has the right to a second chance:
-not including coop in HD2 = bad move
-only making coop available as sorta extra missions in SS = bad move
-finally listening to the community and working on a patch for the whole thing = jolly good show :)

...ok that's a third chance...:)...but as long as it's coming I'm happy -jeez we waited 4 years for HD2 so what's a year more ? - H&D'ers must be the most patient gamers on the planet :)

... yes we are, but patience is running out, few old timers are left who still play, but very few new players are joining. Community needs a boost in one form or another and w/o editor it will be difficult to secure future development or customization.
New coop maps might please some, but what about rest of the players? We?d like see more weapons; newer MP maps and stable environment (fix glitching). As for personal mod, I?d be looking forward to modifying uniforms; get something crazy and naughty in the game.

I deffinatly want the G43 fixed and the pistols "fixed" 1st.

But new weapons, ah they would probably mess that up aswell. :)

We need the FG42/1 and FG42/2, make sure we get that second version!

And I really really really want the M1A1 and M2 carbines, M1928 and M1928A1 Thompsons. Maybe the M1 Thompson aswell, but thats not really needed.

Now with the carbine we need 2 magazines the 15 and the 30, and the ability to carrie both.

Same with the Thompson, we need the 20, 30, 50 and 100. Ofcourse the M1A1 in game now will not be able to utilize the 50 and 100.

But, yeh thats my dream.
