hey it's me again, still having troubles

:( hey jason it's mick, umm i left a message on the other H&D forums and u replied to it. trouble is i still cant figure it out i can scroll through my weapons and other thing then when i go to select the med pack nothing happens i can see it in my inventory, but what do i need to to do to use it i use [and] to scroll but it wont select a weapon or med pack? if ne body knows how to do wateva i need to do pls help
