Well, it could mean they were planning on a different setting and style for H&D 3 (which is bad enough), or it could mean they want to make different games altogether. I think the first explanation is closer. But at any rate, he's only the lead desiger - doubt he decides whether they're making H&D 3 or not.

I would pay no attention to those comments. The interview is extremely old and the person that made those comments did not work on H&D2 for long, I believe he was fired.
