creating server

hi guys ,,,my problem is my server is not visible in the update list of hidden and dangerous 2ss....

1.am using xp sp2
2. i don have any router
3. through a wireless patch a wire is conected to my system...
4.its nota public ip...i think its a static ip....
5. my external ip is different from internal ip...
6.i added my ports in the firewall exceptions....
7. through the wireless pacth another  system is conected ...
the great problem is  unable to open the ports...i tried using portforwarding...but it was failed..i don know y...


guys pls help me...in creating a server ....
