And it paralell means that the HD2 can read your exported 4ds files! It's UNBELIEVEABLE! Congratulation!

yeah, I also found some wrong placed meshes almost on every map, after I opened them in 3dsmax. Maybe the importer is not 100% yet, but we very barrack for you, hdmaster. Another questions: - did you import the tank entity and exported it as a new map-mesh? - and what are those shadow ~below the tan...

As I know, the HDD-Editor can make the lightmaps and has a 3dsmax (ver 3.0) import/export plugin. Can this help in the making of lightmaps to HD2?

It's a great news hdmaster!!! Does it mean that will be available to make "custom" maps from the Sabre maps (like the other existing unofficial maps), but need to write totally new scripts?

I only know that when I delete the scene.4ds file and leave the tree.klz, my player falling into the "nothing" with the other NPCs, so the collision map doesn't "work" without the 4ds file. I'm wonder about the lightmaps. Do you have any idea about it?
Is there a sun entity (like the other static lights)? 3dsmax is not a hd2-specified prog. Maybe the exporter will 'make' the lightmaps?
