Mostly splinter cell and operation flashpoint dragon rising + red river with friends over steam.
These days that is. I don't play much PC in general.

Re: Sniper: Ghost Warrior
Okay, I liked the sniping aspects of this game, but everything else just sucked so bad I almost didn't want to finish the game. One moment you're doing some OK sniping, the next you're in a call of duty clone, shooting everything that moves and using stimpacks to heal you. The AI in the game is so b...

Re: What's your favourite mission
When I think Sabre Squadron, I think of operation Dead Fish. It's just the way it is... It's one of the most challenging stealth missions in the game. I loved it very much. I always spent a lot of time trying to get everything perfect and finding new entry points and so on. I definitely had lots of ...

Re: What was your favourite campaign and why?
My favourite campaign is the first one, because it sets the mood for the entire rest of the game. You're alone, behind enemy lines, with limited supplies and enemies all over the place. Stealth, cunning and precise action is the ONLY thing that will keep you alive until you can extract. However, it ...

Re: SWAT 4
While it might be unlikely to get a SWAT 5 (that isn't a Call of Duty clone), there is actually an expansion pack.
The expansion pack features expanded multiplayer possibilities, making the game quite more interesting and much more realistic.

Re: Team selection
We pretty much agree. The team needs a dedicated medic. For me, that's always the guy nicknamed Doc for obvious reasons. He has over 80% in first aid, and you can just see the difference on how much HP is healed when he does it, and when someone else does. Naturally he always gets one of the availab...

Don't forget the suppressed weapons didn't exist at the time they suggest, Not true, the first suppressor that was widely available was invented in 1902 ( source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suppressor ), well before this game takes place. Your right about everything else though, both the de lisle...

Re: Arma 2
This is Operation Flashpoint 3. Some would say that :) It isn't really though. The companies split, and one of them kept the Arma name for their games and the other one got the Operation Flashpoint for theirs. Operation Flashpoint 2 and 3 would be Dragon Rising and Red River. Arma 2 is ju...

Re: Is this place dead?
I finally, finally, finally have original versions of both! So that would be SS :)
And I'm so glad this place isn't dead! It's like... The last place on earth to look for people who plays this game.

Re: The secret objectives of HD2, and the seemingly impossib
Soo, this seems to have turned into a battle about who has this biggest wang.. Oh! Wait! I meant the most historically accurate knowledge. My bad (same shit). Anyway, So I get mixed messages from people. I SWEAR that I've managed to protect that guy on the boat by now, without letting ANYONE get to ...

Is this place dead?
Alright, let's start with some history! As a 10 year old, back in (being the youngster I am) 2002 got access to a computer, having friends who also had access to computers, I naturally started playing games. We couldn't really afford games back then, however, and our internet sucked so bad that MP w...

Re: Controlling the doctor in defending the oasis
Use the tactical map to deploy him somewhere... If it isn't available, press 5 or 2 on your numpad, depending on your game setting (in lone wolf, he will be team mate number two) and ask him to follow and station him somewhere, remember to tell him to open fire. I remember having a problem with him ...

you guys should check out death to spies 2 instead. It's basically HD2, just with a simpler game play and no team, but more stealth.

Re: Battlefield 2
http://www.hidden-and-dangerous.net/board/index.php/topic,2035.0.html Just a heads up on a great mod for battlefield 2 that might make you consider playing the game again. The mod is called project reality and is actually nothing like the original game. As the title indicates, it aims to be a simula...
