Yesterday I tried to manually modify the map.4ds of Normandy 2B occupation. I've changed the short indicating the number of objects, from 23 to 27. Then I've duplicated the objects zone5, allied5, axis5 and zone_disabled5 and appended the bytes at end of file. I've renamed them to zone6, allied6, ax...

Does anyone knows what are the bytes 7-15 of a .4DS file? Are they important? I'm writing some editor functionality to handle map.4ds and don't know how to use those bytes between format/versione and number of textures.

But I guess you meant Normandy4 not Normandy2B ;) Ehm, I meant Normandy2B, but I could be a little confused. Normandy2 is the Bank map. Normandy2B is a variation of it, with more usable buildings. I don't really need them, but (just for curiosity) what about the non-coop sabre squadron missions?
Like, for example, Normandy 2B...
Or the big castle..

Do you think you could extract them also? Just to know.. I repeat, I do not need them and I am NOT asking you to do more work :)
